\n\n \n\n We are currently looking for a Lead Shipping (forklift)
Driver. \n\n Applicants must provide a work history with dates of
employment on application or within a resume. Candidates for this
position must be able to work day shift (12 hour shifts: 6a - 6p )
including weekends and holidays. This position is required to work
overtime hours. Leadship Drivers start at $26.58/hr. \n\n Crown is
expanding our aluminum can end ("lids") manufacturing facility in
Winchester, VA. This state-of-the-art facility is a high speed
manufacturer for some of the top consumer product companies. We are
in the process of adding talented people to continue their career
with us. A Lead Shipping Driver earns $26.58/ hourly . Crown offers

for employees. \n\n Lead Shipping Duties \n\n Loading pattern
knowledge is also preferred. \n\n Supply Driver Duties \n\n Must be
able to lift 40lbs and drive a forklift to include the following
activities: \n\n \n\t Must be able to stack metal briquettes
continuously throughout each shift \n\t Must be able to move levers
or controls that operate lifting devices such as: forklifts, lift
beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, elevating platforms to load
unload, transport, or stack material. \n\t Inspect product load for
accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to
ensure timely and complete delivery. \n\t Position lifting devices
under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure
material or products for transport to designated areas. \n\t
Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets,
skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport
vehicles. \n\t Move controls to drive propane-powered trucks and
transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
\n\t Know how to safely fill propane tanks and/or change propane
tank on forklift \n\t Know how to mix and fill compound tanks \n
\n\n Must be an effective and solid communicator.(Verbal and
Written) Must know how to read, comprehend, and interpret paperwork
and schedules. Must have basic computer skills.
