Job Description Job Description Now Hiring Production Worker in York, PA 2nd and Weekend Shifts available Great starting pay Job Description We are looking for a dedicated General Production Workers to join our team. You will be involved in tube stacking, machine operation, and ensuring product specifications are met. Additionally, you will assist in packing and preparing pallets. This is a General Labor (GL) role, so you will be expected to handle various tasks throughout the shift. As a production associate, you will also be responsible for packaging, crating, and shipping heat exchangers and coils to clients, building crates and boxes, and printing shipping labels. The role involves operating manual lifts. Responsibilities Perform tube stacking functions and operate machinery. Measure and monitor specifications. Assist in packing and prepping pallets. Package, crate, and ship out heat exchangers and coils. Build crates and boxes, and print shipping labels. Operate manual lifts. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 2 years of general labor experience. Verified good attendance record. 2 years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided). High School Diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in shipping, packaging, assembly, and production. Forklift operation skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our facility is a relatively clean environment for a coil/heat exchanger manufacturer, though some dirt is present. The workplace can be hot in summer and cool in winter. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and t-shirts. The shifts are structured with first shift running Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, second shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, and a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend shifts benefit from being paid for 40 hours while working only 36 hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of YORK, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.15 - $22.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
