Position Summary We’re seeking reliable and safety-conscious individuals to support various production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves hands-on tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining production documentation. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable with physical work, this may be the role for you. Key Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Assembling components and loading bags or parts Sealing, packing, and stacking finished cartons Inspecting parts for quality and correcting minor production issues (e.g., line jams) Counting components and performing cleaning duties on equipment Maintaining accurate records such as charts, time sheets, repair logs, and protocols Adhering to all safety procedures and quality standards Completing other duties as assigned by your supervisor Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred Experience in electrical, mechanical, or control systems is a plus Basic computer literacy is preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret job instructions and part specifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to visually identify product defects Must attain at least a Bronze level on the Career Readiness Certificate Physical & Safety Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching) Manual dexterity for handling small parts and using office or production equipment Must be willing to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as required Note: This is a safety-sensitive position as defined under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment Text "Vantive" to 870-433-0668 or call (870) 424-5386 to schedule your interview today!
