installation of pavers, permeable paver systems, pedestal paver

market, we’re seeking a passionate and driven professional to lead
our growth strategy and capture the exciting opportunities ahead.
The Business Development Representative reports directly to the
Central Texas General Manager to ensure the effective execution of
duties. This position will be located in the Austin office serving
the Central Texas region. The primary responsibilities of this role
include business development and outside sales activities, building
and nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales performance
in the area. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable,
competitive and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Job
Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Cultivate and
maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and
vendors to secure long-term business. Develop and collaborate with
General Manager and Sales Manager to implement strategies to meet
or exceed revenue targets. Aid the sales team in the sales process
from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent
follow-through and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the
sales team to develop campaigns that attract new customers and
promote the company’s products and services. Conduct in-person
meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs
and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams
(estimating, operations, customer service) to ensure accurate
proposals and smooth project execution. Meet or exceed established
sales goals, revenue targets, and performance metrics. Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
pipeline progress in the CRM system. Develop reports and present
market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking
events, and industry functions. General Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred;
equivalent experience considered. 5 years of outside sales
experience (construction, building materials, or related industry
preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation
skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work
independently. Excellent organizational and time management
abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Why
