Job Description:

Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Dardanelle, AR. AR license preferred. Looking for clinic coverage as well as overnight and weekend call. Weekend coverage starts Friday 8 am till Monday 8 am. Schedule for clinic 4 days/ week 8am -4 pm with an hour lunch. Call will be 1:4. Call Type: Beeper. No CNM's for hospital but NP's help in practice. In house lab and ultrasound. NST on site. Required Specialty Skillls: Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery. C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology - , Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's, Laser certification. Preferred Specialty Skills: High risk pregnancy, Amniocentesis. Practice Settings: Inpatient, Outpatient. Fellowship: Preferred. Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, Fetal Monitoring. Licensed in AR or IMLC. Level 3 Trauma. EMR: Athena & Meditech.
