(ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1
year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. A school-based Sign Language Interpreter position is
available in Conway, AR. This role supports effective communication
for deaf and hard-of-hearing students within the educational
environment. The position requires travel to various school
locations to provide interpreting services. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate clear and accurate sign language interpretation between
students, staff, and others in school settings. Assist in classroom
and extracurricular activities to ensure full participation and
access for deaf or hard-of-hearing students. Collaborate with
educators and support staff to tailor communication approaches
based on student needs. Maintain professional standards and
confidentiality in accordance with school policies. Travel to
multiple school sites as required to meet interpreting needs.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in American Sign Language
(ASL) and knowledge of educational interpreting techniques.
Experience working in educational settings or with children and
adolescents. Ability to adapt interpreting style for various
classroom and social settings. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Flexibility to travel within the designated
school district/area. Location: Conway, Arkansas, with travel to
surrounding school locations as needed. This role offers the
